1.Install Host Editor from Here
2.Click on "Add Hosts"
There is trick to run ucs server without .Net Framework4.5.1
1.Open ucs.exe configure file in Notepad....
2.Erase content is shown in that..." <startup>
<supportedRuntime version="v4.0" sku=".NETFramework,Version=v4.5.1" />
</startup>".......
3.Save the document and run ucs server...
